[Leo doesn't have his swords, but he can still call on the power itself - for just a few seconds, his stripes all light up, truly becoming Neon Leon. He doesn't keep at it for very long, though, because he's cold and tired and it's draining his energy.]

I can still make portals, and a few other things. It's really hard to do without my swords to direct it, though. [Maybe one day he can learn how to do it without them, but he's nowhere near that level right now.] And yeah, Raph and Mikey can do all their stuff, too.

[Also don't remind him he broke his first katana! That was so embarrassing...]

Our other weapons got broken, so we made new ones. Todd helped.
