The speech is enough to actually earn applause from some Agrii present (Te Mi, the Twins, and interestingly enough, Seeay). Ultimately the Agrii leaders will argue about it just a bit before agreeing to Donnie's plan. Venidelosia will offer to record the agreement in some tangible form for Donnie should it be required, so all parties will remember the rules.
