Hello TRPeeps, I'm Cat and I'm bringing you yet another Bucky Barnes from the MCU. He was in Drift Fleet through its endgame, so he's well aware of this planet-hopping, double-existing, shenanigans-filled existence (and is predictably less than thrilled by it). He's spent about a year traveling the universe with another ex-Fleeter when he was pulled back because apparently that's his lot in life.

This particular Bucky is closer to the Winter Soldier than he is to Bucky Barnes, to the point that he won't go by the names James, Bucky or Barnes; he will in fact call himself nameless, or offer up Soldier if a designation is needed. Please feel free to give him shit about it.

I can be found on plurk at sometimesamuse for plotting or general shenanigans. Over the next day or so I'll figure out if he's getting a calibrations post of his own or not and am very open to plotting/ideas/pie. Always pie.

Ugh, I don't know when I'll actually get to play the remake but I've watched it (and told myself I don't have time to bring back either Sephiroth or Zack right now). I'm really happy with what they did with it tbh, it was a nice reimaging of everything. BUT YES! Looking forward to shenanigans.

I'll be going back to my hard mode tomorrow, I took a break due to work stress mostly. (When you have time you should consider one of them) Imagine the reactions to either of them. I can talk about the remake for hours because I loved everything about it.

Hahaha I've been lowkey stalking Tony and Sansa's interactions not even gonna lie (Cerie is the reason I'm here, she finally wore me down) so I am very excited by a) a Tony who doesn't know that Bucky killed (an incarnation of) his parents, b) do you even want to know what it means do you DO YOU and c) look platonic life partnership is a thing that can happen for weird (mostly) former assassins who don't consider themselves proper people.

I am all for morally dubious shenanigans and important arm upkeep. I am especially in support of dumb crap and getting into trouble because they can't not do the dumb crap things. I am admittedly still catching up on what's going on in the game in general right now but dumb crap is definitely a requirement.

Well, podcasts are a beast of their own, but getting to know unfamiliar canons is part of the fun.

Small word of warning, tho~ Magnus is a horror podcast, so pretty much every interaction with Jon can lead to weird/creepy/triggery stuff. So if you want me to avoid certain things or specific types of body horror, just let my know. Jon has a permission post with some further things and... Yeah. He's a bit of a fear-devouring eldritch monster and not happy about it?

I have honestly played a little fast and loose with that fact, tbh, for the comfort of other players and the fact that it never directly came up in DF. He's from between TWS and CW so some of the memories are back but not all of the memories are back, which gives a little wiggle room in there.

OKAY BUT where does a super soldier go to get a drink around here because it seems like he's gonna need one.

FYI in going back through old threads/plans, Buck was going to regain the memories about the Starks, among other bits and pieces, in a canon update that I never actually did because DF announced its endgame. I'm going to approach it as him not having regained the memory yet as that's the closest to what he was when DF ended and gives the most options in terms of regaining memories/potential canon update later on.
