Between the heartbreak and the hormones, it's a long moment before she calms and takes a few deep breaths to still herself. She feels so alone. Obi-Wan is right there, yet he's a true Jedi Master and must distance himself from emotions and attachment. She can't help but feel the heavy burden of guilt. Maybe if she'd turned Anakin away, he would have been more focused on the Jedi Path and things would have turned out differently. But there's no way to know, now. She has to live with what she's done and do the best she can to raise her children in this unfamiliar place.

Taking another breath, she nods, pulling on the years of practice schooling her fact to shield her emotions as Amidala. "Thank you... thank you for telling me. That can't have been easy."
