Howdy y'all! New character reportin for...well... newness
Hey there Drifters...er..no that ain't right is it? Well it used ta be once upon a time in the way back. But that was years ago. I was part of the Drift Fleet when there was such a thing, had a Lily Evans who was pals with Tyrion Lannister and the few Marauders and a funny little party pony, it was a special kinda time.
Anywho, that's neither here nor there, because today I am bringing you a special kinda fun! All the way from Destiny 2 this here's Amanda Holliday! Ace pilot, one of the best mechanics you've ever seen, sarcastic, witty, funny, flirty, always as ready to work as she is to grab a drink or play some cards. Ok so maybe that last is a bit of a stretch sometimes you have to remind her to stop working because she gets a little too into it but hey, that's what happens to engineers and mechanics rights?
I noticed you all had this cool little doohickey for CR a bit back so I went ahead and swiped it to make use of it for myself here, figured it was a cool idea!

OOC Yays!: PST USA, full time work, usually post when I have the time no set schedule. I love just about everything tbh. Bit time Star Wars and marvel comics nerd some already know, many will find out. My *kink* is happy couples, I'm a total freak for it.
OOC Nopes!: Nearly 100% anime/mana canon blind, just don't care for it. Not into hyper gore, violence, sexual violence.

Expertise/Ship: Datapoint: Piloting, Ship: Twin Roses
Current residence: Her stuff is a leather roll of tools, her tools from back home. Mostly her own that she's specialized over the years and she'll keep them with her as much as she can. At a work station or under her bunk when she's sleeping.
She'll have a bunk, but lord knows she spent enough time sleeping at her work station in the tower to have a second cot in there too, or just fallen asleep over her workbench. It has happened so often the rest of the hangar crew just got used to it and sort of draped blankets over her and went home for the night.
Typical activities: Hangar fixing up ships, halfway in/out of panels gutting wires from downed ships, appropriating parts, fixing and testing sparrows. Covered in grease in, over or under engine manifolds. If all else fails check the Tower or Cayde's place. Good bet you'll find her around Ikora or Cayde if nowhere else.
Character themes: She's lost a lot. I mean a lot. Both her parents when she was less than 7, died in front of her. Every one she was close with as a child. She is easy to make friends but skittish about letting people really get in so it's those deeper connections that make her balk just a little bit.
She's a talker, loves to talk, will talk your ear off if you let her.
Will always be thinking of how to build things better, safer how to make them stronger more defensible. She's always thinking about what could happen tomorrow, with good reason.
She is a flirt, oh lord is she ever. She will flirt with you. She is a flirt with everyone.
She likes voices, mostly men's, mostly deep masculine ones, but yeah this is canon and she will comment shamelessly.
Ongoing: She just got here and found out someone she has come to terms with being gone is alive here. She's trying to understand how to deal with that. It's not the easiest thing in the world to do so she may wind up avoiding him a bit until she gets a handle on that.
Future: SPARROW RACING LEAGUE, sorry, she just really is excited at the idea of getting that up and running again. She did it back home and it was a hit.
CR You Want: Friends: YES!, romance: VERY YES!, enemies: Sure, but she's so cute, how?, mentors: ok she has Ikora, hilarious misunderstanding hijinks: That's part of her life (See also Cayde-6).
CR You Don't Want: Nothing comes to mind, Amanda is a great character who isn't fully fleshed out in the lore so some of her will be filled in with headcanon choices (i.e. how she feels about her mechanical leg etc) But should anything ever become an issue it will be added to the permissions and addressed directly with the player. I would also ask that players address any issues with me to correct any behavior on my part or Amanada's that is a problem.

Amanda's flirting isn't exactly what you'd call subtle, but it is usually fun. She's more the ask you out for drinks, drag you onto the dance floor, tickle you to see if you are ticklish type.

Fresh meat yes goodI play Kaz from the Grisha verse books (now books adapted into a Netflix show :D) and I'm really pleased to meet you. I vaguely know about Destiny 2 but not all that much really. Though if there is the possibility of a racing league, Kaz would be the first bookie for betting on it.
Oh and fair warning now attempting to flirt with Kaz (though he's too young for you girl) would fall completely flat.
