Incognito Mod Post regarding SHIPS and A POLL!!
Hello, your local Modchivist here bringing you a POLL from my IC account because apparently polls are a thing for paid accounts and our mod account does not belong to those.
Long story short, we have three wonderful new ships in our fleet and naturally these ships now need crews. Which means some crew reshuffling is imminent. Now we have several potential ways this could go and as the person doing ship assignments, I have decided to put this up to the vote to see here your preferences lie and to give you the opportunity to make yourself heard.
Now let me present you the options for the upcoming reshuffling at hand:
* Complete Reshuffle - With exceptions.
This would reassign every character within the fleet to a new ship, but provide the option for you to opt out and keep your character on their current ship. This would make especial sense for characters like Padmé, who has put time and work into making the Vanquish fit for her two toddlers.
If this option gets chosen, I will set up a post and set a deadline for players to list which characters they want to keep on their current ships. Padmé stays on the Vanquish by default.
* Partial Reshuffle - With volunteers.
As we all know, every ship has room for six characters, with almost all of them having a crew of seven at this point. A partial reshuffle will take the last characters added to the crews and are too much and again offer an option for players to volunteer one [1] of their characters and reassign these. Note that this option will strictly limit the number of characters per player to be reassigned to one. Captains will remain with their already assigned ships.
These are your options. I will post the poll below and you can vote ONCE per PLAYER [ not per character ;) ]

Why do you want to shuffle the crews?
Because we got a lot of entirely new players recently and only sorting these in the new ships would result in the 'Old Ships with the Old Players' and the 'New Ships with the New Players'. We really just want to mix this up a little.
How long will the poll be up?
Possibly this Sunday, the 25th. Unless only five players have voted until then. Then we will come and scream at you once more to let us know what you want.

And Padme making adjustments to the ship to give the babies a place in it as well came up while we had talks about this and it has been decided that she shouldn't have put all that work in for nothing. She likely has the ship partially baby proofed already and that's woooooork.
...actually it will be added to the Vanquish's list of upgrades.

I hadn't thought about it much but yeah. She would've made sure one of the beds had a railing, too, so if they got teleported there the babies wouldn't roll off. They're not crawling yet, but it'll take some time to baby proof things lol. Especially since she's not an engineer. Maybe she'll flip flop between pilot and engineer to make some changes like putting button covers over things.
