Bucky's been wandering the city, trying to figure out which buildings are serviceable, and which are lost causes. There seem to be more of the latter than the former, admittedly, though there have been a few promising leads.

Like the area he's happened upon now, which is where he spots Isabella. He makes sure to make enough noise as he comes up to her, crouching down when he's close enough. "You seem pretty resourceful."

She's got a good idea, using the glass. And she doesn't appear above using what she has - like her skirt. Bucky likes her already. "Want a hand?"
