While she seems a little disappointed at the lack of recognition, it isn't surprising. Steve doesn't look like anyone she's ever seen before, and she's visited every corner of the world at this point. At least, every corner of her world.
At the very least, his assurances perk her up a bit. She smiles at him, reaching out an open-palmed hand for Millie to sniff when her curiosity over the cat becomes too much to handle.
"I could help you!" she offers out of the blue, latching onto the idea as soon as she voices it. In the absence of her friends, maybe his team would benefit from her skills. She wants to help the Agrii, in spite of the fact that they kidnapped her, but if there's a group of people working together to keep everyone safe, then surely she would fit in with them... right?
