Quake Mystery!
I have been informed that just putting a post was confusing and difficult to engage with, so I am here very late with Starbucks.
This post contains a strange event that is intended to play out over a couple of weeks and does have a mystery to solve and outcome to potentially be influenced. I was trying to make the mystery a...mystery, and I think instead I made it unwelcoming. It is open to everyone and their myriad of different skills and personality types to try to figure it out. Please come and enjoy this puzzle.
The details of the case so far:
ºScene of the crime: southeast quadrant of Temba, between the Forge and the Mine Entrance
ºPersons of interest: Tony
ºCause of the disturbance: a series of small, brief earthquakes, all taking place just after sundown, or just before sunrise
ºEvidence: What appears to be some kind of sinkhole opening at the edge of the forest. It has absorbed anything in its circular area, leaving a bald patch of earth. Echo seems to be struggling a bit. Maybe it's...quicksand.
There are definitely other observable details to be found here, it just depends on what your character might be looking for. Let me know what they might be sniffing out, either here or send a PM, and maybe you will discover something...fantastic.
