There's more mechanical sounds as pieces and parts shift and open to reveal an empty suit that looks like it would fit perfectly around Tony Stark, with perhaps places for his ego to slip into for comfort. The noises happen again as the suit closes back up.

"I am his first line of defense for his system, and for him, essentially. That is, where I am from I fill that role. I cannot do that for him while stuck here." And without his connection to his Tony, that's what has the AI feeling like something was missing. For his entire life all he has known at the base of it, is Tony.
