Viktor had no idea where Detroit or NYC was to begin with, but he was mildly surprised by the question though it was delivered in such a hostile way. Android? Was this person claiming to only look the part but not actually be a human at all? The illusion was splendid if that was the case. Viktor kept his composure, but his eyebrows were raised a bit when he made the realization.

"I've never seen an Android before, but on the basis of species alone, no I have no problem with one."

Which should answer both questions at once.

"But I would doubt any Android would use this."

He shrugged slightly, indicating his cane-crutch.
