"Well that's great," Marc grumbled, running a hand through his disheveled hair. He rested a hand against a bulkhead, frowning at how solid it proved to be, like he still had some hope that maybe this was just a hallucination, not that it would've been any better, but at least maybe they wouldn't be on an alien planet.
He heard Catra's question and paused, sighing loudly as he dropped his head against his arm. "'s complicated, kid. Don't worry about it." Pushing himself away from the wall, his eyes briefly met his reflection's before he forced one foot in front of the other again, stepping towards one of the open hatches. He took in the sleeping arrangements, and if the available beds were anything to go by, it didn't look like the ship was made for a very big crew. Half-tempted as he was to just collapse into one, he made himself turn around to step out again, so long as he wasn't impeded by the girl.
"You ever been on these when they did? Where're you from, Catra?" he added in afterthought as he recalled her name. "Obviously not Earth, given the, you know, reaction."
