"You... Don't remember, do you?"

It's an easy enough assumption to make. He can see confusion, he can hear it in his voice. If he's lying, then he's been taking lessons since last they spoke, as the Ren that he came to hate would have drawn his lightsaber by now, or attacked him, or something.

Still, he didn't lower his guard, red eyes narrowing at the other man.

Had the Agrii returned him home for a time, only to drag him back without his memories of his time here? Altair wouldn't put it past the Agrii to do just that, he supposed.

"Regardless you seem to have the wrong idea about how Sith relate to each other. Sith don't need an excuse to try and kill each other- only a cover story depending on their victim."

Though all things considered, that wasn't at all surprising. Ren wasn't a Sith in the traditional sense- and probably didn't think of himself as one, either. Not to mention he was from a different time- and Altair was from a time where there were thousands of Sith, where attempted murdered might as well be considered a traditional greeting.

"What are your intentions?"

Even though the Sith Code would embrace it, Altair wouldn't fight a man who hadn't even drawn his weapon, who wasn't acting aggressive. Even with his hatred. It's not like he hasn't put his hatred aside before.
