I guess this is a thing now. Hello, everyone!
I'm Zet and I have come to the marvelous decision to bring the protagonist of a horror podcast to this lovely place. Meet Jonathan Sims, or simply Jon. Archivist at the Magnus Institute, London aaaand rather unwilling fledgling avatar of The Eye - The manifestation of the fear of being watched, followed, having your secrets found out and in a way also the drive to gain knowledge even at the risk of destroying yourself.
Jon tends to be scared of many things, but generally means well despite not having full control over those freaky Eldritch powers he has been developing over the past months. These can be found listed in full on his permission post. Let me know if he can know trivial details about your character if you're up for some random, awkward CR.
Being a character from a horror podcast, it shouldn't be much of a surprise that dealing with Jon can easily bring up... Unpleasant topics. He has gone through some shit and seen even worse shit and at his current canon point he sort of feeds on observing the terror others go through. He's not happy about it and will try his best not to cause any traumas or nightmares to anyone, but just as a heads-up: He will eventually get hungry.
Also for the record: HE HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH SPACE STUFF! So this will be fun. He's very used to the spooky and supernatural, but aliens? Nope. Not at all. So this will be fun to explore - And provide Jon with some good, nutritious knowledge to learn.
Furthermore I'm okay with keeping TDM threads in game canon if that's okay with you as well.

Yes to all the terrible stuff! But ahaha, wow. I totally forgot about Cal's echo reading! He'd certainly be in for a trip should he touch the recorder. So obviously we will need to plot something at some point.

Same with Jon’s brand of Jedi Mind Trick. He is actively trying to avoid compelling people because he feels bad for causing those nightmares. Though if you want to do something with it, I’m open for all the plotting.

Plus he might insist that Lord Kallig was his ancestor who's been dead like 2000 years before his ghost woke from his grave and started banging pots and pans together to get Altair's attention. A Sith's life is... Complicated.

And probably? Of course, Altair's knowledge of the Chiss is Legends, and not connected to new canon. All Altair basically knows about the Chiss is that Force-sensitive Chiss are seen as impure in the Ascendancy, and that they are either made to suppress their connection to the Force, exiled, or executed.
Not information that has been pleasant for him, in other words fjhgfhj...
Though when he comes back from his canon update he'll have visited the Chiss world of Copero.
