He turned into a zombie dragon at one point, and I guess he thought I looked like a snack because he tried to eat me? But I punched him in the snoot and held his jaws shut when he tried to use his breath attack on my coworkers."
Side Note: This man is no mere snack - he's a full 7-course meal. That zombie dragon's eyes were bigger than its stomach.
He pauses for a thoughtful sip of beer. "...You know, now that I think about it, I'm still not sure how that fight ended, because he did knock me out. No one else was badly hurt, though! Well, except for Shane, but Shane always seems to get wrecked whenever we fight something really big and powerful."
Anyone else talking about Shane constantly getting his shit kicked in might sound disparaging, but Griffin just sounds concerned. He's always concerned about Shane. Shane is a big concern.
