"Steve and I are good at finding work," Robin promises. "And we'll do everything we can to make sure you don't need to look for work."

The government owed them so much. Robin wasn't going to stop until Max and her mother, and all the other kids, are taken care of. Robin doesn't care about herself on it either.

"Between you and me? Steve's never let me drive, and it's really fair. So you've probably got a better chance than me."

Billy is a complicated man and that's why. Though Robin has to smile.

"I think I'm becoming one of those that can handle him. But we'll see. I've learned how to handle stubborn boys that are afraid of something in themselves."
