Fall Test Drive Meme!

TEST DRIVE
Application FAQ | Taken Characters | Reserves | Application
Welcome to the Fall Test Drive for The Revival Project!
For those who do not know, this game is a spin-off from the closed The Drift Fleet game. For more information about what this game is about, please check out the FAQ here or the premise here.
Starting on the 7th, the TDM will be required for all applications. Please view the FAQ for information about how this works. Any questions about the game please direct to the comment section of the FAQ as well.
If you are a Drift Fleet alumni, please label your character as 'DFAU' on your top level so we know. Also, keep in mind you have complete flexibility on how your character comes here. They could be taken before endgame, after endgame, two years after, one year before, etc. It's up to you! The only option not allowed is to completely restart your character (because then it's not DFAU, is it?)
So go! Explore Agra 10! And, as always, HAVE FUN!
Please use either the first event or the previous TDM for prompt ideas!

And with that thought, she starts to feel kind of bad and stupid for throwing a big tantrum and being all defensive. She's still frustrated, yeah, and that'll have to come up later one way or another, but... This creature is distracting enough that she thinks she could pretend it didn't even happen.
She holds up two fingers, like a peace sign. Does he copy that, too?

They're playing a game!

She actually takes a couple of steps forward and then crouches down to be closer to their level. It sure has a creepy set of eyes...
"How about this one?"
She laces her fingers together, turns them palms-outward, and sticks her thumbs straight down. It doesn't mean anything, it's just a more complicated gesture.

"How about... this one..." They murmur thoughtfully, while focusing hard on working their own hands.
It takes them a few moments of effort, and a few attempts that miss a step each time, but... they eventually get it.
"This one!"

She also doesn't mind waiting. She's pretty patient, especially while observing.
"Wow, you got it. That's pretty good."
She lets her hands rest on her knees, after that.
"Hey, do you know anything about what's going on around here?"
no subject
"Yes. Doctors, and leaf... beds. Roads under lakes. Lots of water... wander. Wonder..."

It's been a while since she's talked with anyone this weird. Reminds her of some fairies she ran into back home, and one very strange vampire. Actually, this person really reminds her of the vampire, now that she thinks about it.
Harry. They named him after Harry Potter, and it stuck. It was pretty stupid.
"So, what are you, then? Some kind of a... Spooky ghost person?"
She'll reach her hand out to see if her fingers pass through him. You know, for science.
no subject
"People," they correct.
no subject
"You're... More than one?"
That is typically what 'people' means, it just sounds kind of insane when it comes out of her mouth. Maybe there's some kind of a... hive mind? Or maybe they've got some kind of... multiple-personality thing going on?

Their hands busy up to the edges of their hood, tugging it forward so they can retreat a little bit. It's maybe understandable that the thought is a little overwhelming for them, if it's true.
"Many. We're all here."
no subject
She doesn't really know what to say to that. She's got some questions, but they aren't very good ones. So she thinks for a moment, biting her lower lip before trying another angle.
"Uh, well, are you all good guys? Mostly?"
no subject
"Mostly!"
no subject
"Hey, that's better than most people I've met. Works for me."
Heck, she'll actually have a seat there in the dirt and the grass. She'll commit to hanging out with this weirdo for a while.
