"The kid's here too?" That actually feels like a really good thing. Cobb didn't want to imagine the state the Mandalorian would be in without his kid. And even if it was green with big ears the kid would be another familiar face.

This seemed to be his life for the foreseeable future though. Cobb wasn't exactly happy about that. He'd worry about Mos Pelgo while here.
