The time you all have been dreading for the past month has arrived and Jon will be sent back to lovely apocalyptic London to do a happy hike through the apocalypse tomorrow (Monday) and return fully updated by possibly Friday.

To celebrate the occasion he gets an entirely new Permission Post to warn you all of his updated Eldritch horror powers.

Can he know stuff that character's themselves don't know? Like Ikora doesn't know who she was before she was a Guardian. Is that something Jon can know because he knows everything?

In theory, yes.

Practically it depends on player permission. Also whether or not something is easily google-able, since my personal knowledge is remarkably limited!

Yeah, I was wondering since there's nothing out there for Ikora's past. I'm okay with Jon knowing the both backstories for Cobb and Ikora when he comes back but I can't give you anything for Ikora except the Wiki which is only Guardian stuff.

Is there any way Jon won't know what Beck is up to now? Do I need to stay away from him?

I will not have Jon know anything about another character without permission. ICly he will also require an actual reason to actively look. I can also make up some fuzzy, unexplainable blindspots where required.

Unfortunately Beck won't be able to simply fool Jon any longer, however.

Blanket permission to know any of Ezra's past, and I'm open to weaponized truth, if it ever comes up - not that he has a lot of real secrets.

Yeah, Ezra already has found out all the horrible truths. But also Jon is unlikely to want to harm him.
