"So it doesn't actually tell time." This was even more odd, trying to figure out what good was a clock if it didn't tell time, but maybe it was more about the tower part of it and if someone else enjoyed it, he wasn't going to try and ruin it at all. Who knew, maybe the clock tower had its own secrets and Cayde would be lucky enough to find them all out in time.
