hello, everyone!

my name is kira and i'm bringing the oldest of the maximoff twins to the game, pietro maximoff. he's arriving from the canon point right before he loses his life (avengers: age of ultron for anyone keeping track of the timeline), so he's unawares of the void he's leaving behind.

given that he is wanda's twin, he's going to be heavily invested in looking after her and keeping an eye out for any interactions she has with others because what's the point of being the older brother if you can't be embarrassing and overbearing? he'll be chill about it, dw. though, really, be nice to his sister or he'll have to square up. that aside, pietro can be a really fun guy! he's friendly, warms up to people, and likes doing what he can to help out. pietro's been assigned to the palm cottage, so hello crewmates!!

he's got superhuman speed—so yay for having two speedsters on board (hi5 tommy)—so don't mind him being a little impatient and/or easily bored if things are slow. he has a sokovian accent when he speaks, and i like to portray that with some clunky choice of words and/or eating prepositions or articles here and there.

anyway! excited to be here! here's his permission post, and i'll jump into the discord server as soon as i get a chance.

Hi, I'm Churby (one of the mods here) and I'm glad to see you joined. Tommy absolutely wants to high five Pietro. I can't wait to enjoy some time with him. In addition to Tommy I've got three other characters.

One is Lauri-Ell, a Kree woman from Marvel Comics who is Carol Danver's half sister and the current Kree Accuser. She's trying to make friends with Wanda, please don't yell at her, Pietro.

Then there's Lark, she's a thread mage from the Circle of Magic books by Tamora Pierce. She's going to be intrigued by the process of making clothing durable enough for Pietro if they ever meet.

And my final one is one of Pietro's shipmates on the Palm Cottage, Reeve Tuesti from FF7. I'm going to be amused with this one because I'm sure Tommy would be HAPPY to bad mouth Reeve (he's found a reason to be leery of ALL of my other muses, which is how I keep his social ass from player-cest). Reeve is going to be... intrigued by Pietro indeed because speedsters are so weird to him. He's got a companion that is a talking robot-doll-cat with a HORRIBLE Scottish accent and a propensity for learning rude phrases and being impolite. Maybe Pietro can teach him some!

hi, churby! my knowledge of the comics is so limited but for years i've had the pleasure of playing with a tommy in different games, so this is just a treat to get to play his not-uncle for once. i'm suuuuper looking forward to them! you wanna keep their tdm thread as canon? i'm down if you are.

also the rest of your characters sound like a blast. pietro will have to keep an eye on lauri-ell, definitely get some clothes from lark, and oh my god reeve. pietro's going to teach terrible things to caith sith, sorry i don't make the rules. but i definitely think that reeve and pietro would make for pretty interesting cr far as crewmates go! drive him crazy with the highspeed shit. can't wait.

Lauri-Ell appreciates your friendly attention! And Reeve doesn't have Cait Sith. He made a new one here (Reeve's a minor AU where the Cait Sith isn't fully machine, but part magic, basically giving him back the original design and story Reeve was written with that has been talked about in the ultimania a bit). So basically Mini C, going by Mini, is actually taller than Cait Sith, a full three feet tall, with a green cape, and so much sass. But he can't go too far from Reeve without causing active pain to both of them. It's interesting and I'm sure one of them will explain it eventually.

i love how they're both weirded out about the family names. i'm sure they'll eventually find a way to weaponize said awkwardness once they hang out more and the like!!

Tommy isn't weirded out by the family names. He really just doesn't know how to handle all of these things that are going on.

Of course Mini is very fantastic. Come be his friend. He's used to only Exos and droids being his friends.

everything is going on so much for tommy, talk about whiplash. that being said, in some weird reversal of roles, can't wait for pietro to learn from him how to push his powers to the limit.

He can complain about the handful of books Jon has gotten gifted by now. Catra even got an entire encyclopedia for the library and Cayde gave him some of his journals.
