AC Announcement Add-On [And Help Us With January Event!]
Two announcements in one day!? We know, we're excited too!
Okay, but serious talk here. It's been a rough few months for a lot of us here at The Revival Project, your mod team included. Keeping all our metaphorical balls in the air between our various responsibilities and our lives can be hard at times, and this is something we know and respect. In fact, you may have seen it from our side in the fact that while a small, non-plot event was intended for November, we were unable to get that out in the way we wanted to. Though the mod team is keeping that little gem in our pockets for a later date. For this we are very sorry.
We also, though, recognize that this may have had some impact on activity levels in November. Because of this we want to do what we can to support our players. The best way we feel we can do this for you is with:
Strike Forgiveness
Often at this time of the year we try and move our players into the new year with a clean slate, and since December is a Check-In Only month (seriously, go drop your December AC check in right now, go do it, we'll be here waiting with the rest of the announcement), the best way we can do this is with a forgiveness now.
So, anyone who took (or might take) a strike for November? You're on a clean slate now.
This will apply to all players. We DO STILL REQUIRE that any new players that have/will apply into the game in November and December perform their check-ins. This is mandatory for all new players because it helps us not sweep you from the game.
There you go, you'll all be going into December with only Check-In needed and coming out the other side with a clean slate for the new year. We do, of course, accept players putting in standard AC for their characters to serve as a means to prep yourself for asking for characters beyond the base two. We're never going to stop you from that. In Check-In months you can just put in standard AC to continue your chain.
BUT WAIT! There's MORE!
We Need Help For A January Mini Event!
We are proud to announce that in the first week of January there will be a mini-event related to Agrii cultural traditions. The Agrii feel it's time to teach He Rows some of their own culture, and for that we Need Your Help. All the details we can part with for now are on the linked page. Who knows, if this goes well, perhaps the Agrii might bring He Rows in on more of the bits of their culture they remember, and maybe this can become a tradition.
