A damn poll

Quentin Beck tried to murder Tony Stark. Through Agrii intervention he was saved, and Beck was found out. During a meeting the people of Temba came together to decide what to do with him.

Beck admitted his actions to various people and showed no remorse. His memories were examined confirming his guilt. Tony was present to detail the attempt. And Tommy correctly guessed that Beck was behind sabotaging the speeder a while back. Your character may have been able to observe any of these things, or spoken to any of the parties.

Three main options have been proposed (Death, Exile, and Imprisonment), and it will be assumed the characters voted on them during the meeting

Please answer the following as your character would have.
Please only pick yes for one of the three methods.
(Or pick no for all three if your character would abstain.)

Retake the poll for each character you have that would have attended the meeting.

The poll will remain open until Midnight EST, April 12th

HI I AM HERE TO CAUSE TROUBLE

As Beck's got full control of the Winter Soldier and as orders are essentially "stay out of sight but intervene to protect me" there's a definite chance of intervening here on the sentencing/carrying out the sentence aspect. (I mean, given said orders intervening to protect Beck isn't a question, it's an absolute.) I'm willing to play this in whatever way works for the most people, with the caveat that the Soldier is very armed, very dangerous, very hard to take down by baseline humans, and very willing to do a lot of damage. If anyone wants that to be an aspect of things, we can roll with it. If anyone doesn't, it's easy enough to say Beck gave orders to stand down and rescue after the fact. From what I've skimmed I don't believe that Beck's control of the Soldier has come to light so it follows that he might not want to blow that cover.

If in the building, he'd absolutely vote for imprisonment because (presumably) that'd be the easiest to rescue from. Likely he's observing from outside — close enough to get there or "arrive late" if things seem to escalate, but far enough to stay hidden if there's no need to intervene. Or of course, Beck could have given orders beforehand, assuming they had time alone/unobserved.

I wonder if he ever figured out that there were two or that Bucky just had severe split personality issues.

I mean, physically they have different arms, this one with the silver and the other with the black. Hairstyles, clothing, whatever...Felwinter is smart enough to have figured it out eventually I think

True. He's only just met the other Bucky in person so he has a reference point!

If death is chosen, Keith will definitely protest. He's not going to get violent unless someone gets violent with him first, but he doesn't believe in capital punishment. The only time he's ever done something like that was in battle in defense of himself or others on his team, so... he'll definitely argue. That's about it, though. If he's outweighed, then he will eventually back down. He might, however, debate with himself about breaking Beck free on the caveat that Beck goes into Exile and never comes back.
