Reno had been acquainting herself with the city, or rather 'on patrol' as she would put it, when she had heard splashing sounds. Sneaking up behind some of the ruins, she had been in awe from the first moment at the sight of an honest-to-Neptune merman!

However, between her rather noticeable rigging and even more noticeable talent, it wouldn't have been too hard for Lan Bo to notice her. Before she knows it, she's caught by the wrist and pulled into the water with quite the loud splash!

There's a hard tug at his arm to free herself, while Reno lets out a water-garbled "I'm a cruiser not a submarine!"
