Dustin raises an eyebrow in unabashed skepticism, and not just because Tommy's danger assessment is very different from what he was expecting (although it's not at all unwarranted, he admits; someone exploring carelessly or trying to shelter from an especially powerful storm could be in serious trouble in some of these structures).
