Welcome to November. It's time for our monthly IC announcements.

✧ GREAT FULL COMES ✧

Per the announcements of An Nu and Ga Re, the Agrii celebration of Great Full is approaching. The Agrii seem to celebrate this as a sort of harvest festival, and have chosen to share this with their He Rows this year. As such the Agrii have seen to it that the replicator is souped up to help He Rows bring good foods to their celebration. Or to get other supplies.

The festivities will start on November 9th and the day will be pleasanty crisp and sunny, perfect for lovely fall walks, or putting oneself into a food coma from great meals. He Rows should take advantage of the pleasant weather while they can.

✧ NOVEMBER SETTING CHANGES ✧

By the last week of November the chill of winter will be truly arrived. The first, light snow should be expected by the end of the month, a light dusting that will tell everyone winter has truly arrived. Temperatures will not drop far enough in November for any standing bodies of water to freeze, but the light snow may start to make roads slippery in both Sh'Ka and Temba. Given the higher tree coverage in Sh'Ka, less of the snow will reach the ground, making the place a bit safer.

As for those falling stone leaves, the good news is that these have all fallen. The paths under the great stone trees are now litered with gravel, which with the light snow may yield some trickier terrain.

In general expect to see less plant and animal activity around the cities as things settle down for the winter into hibernation or have completed their migration. This is not universal, you will still run into plenty of animals, but numbers will be lower. Some animals may be trying to den up and may invade He Row's spaces because of this. Remember, if you're cold, they're cold. Particular caution should be taken in Temba to check for Shadowpaws (see the Fauna page) in your residences starting after the first snow, as these creatures will hibernate and will psychicly inflict insomnia, paranoia, and nightmares.

✧ RECENT STORY SUMMARY ✧

In October He Rows were confronted by another energy storm, this time one that struck both cities. Beyond the normal storm issues, characters were often confronted with the spooky characters, creatures, and places of scary stories they had heard before. While most of these experiences had some personal element of memory and experienced stories, some seem to have been outside of the normal He Row experience. These included giants in some form, which were experienced in both cities. What these could be is perhaps still a mystery. If not, no He Row has yet shared what they have concluded.

However it seems some He Rows are interested in trying to talk about (and perhaps confronting?) the issues the screaming moon seems to create for them.

Please remember, we encourage players to make use of the comments here for plotting if they wish to use it as such.
