[Event] To Boldly Go Where No He Row Has Gone Before...
It begins with music.
It sounds like what might happen if you fed as many holiday songs as you could think of into a machine learning database, and told the AI to write a new one. It's festive. It's cheery. It's got jingle bells.
And you can't turn it off.
In fact, it's strangely compelling - maybe not to the point of dancing (unless you're that kind of person), but certainly to the point of investigation. Whether you enjoy the music or despise it, whether you're in Temba or Sh'Ka, whether you're in an otherwise perfectly quiet area or one that is so noisy you can barely hear yourself think, you need to go towards it. And the serious blanket of snow starting to layer over the cities won't hold you back from your mission to follow the music.
No matter where you're coming from, within the course of a day the music will lure you in to the Hangar in Temba. Yes, the hangar. Which is no longer sheltered behind a glowing force field. Or the same size it used to be. In fact, the hangar is absolutely massive now, and it's not possible to enter through large doors directly into the hangar, you really do have to go in through the terminal beside it. There's some allusion to a security checkpoint there with no actual security, before you can walk through into the hangar and see that the ships have been returned to you.
Wait, no, returned is a bad term for it. Because the two ships are not like the ones you last knew. No, here before you in their massive glory are The Peanut Party and The Glitter Food, or so the names painted in the drippy style of Agrii writing declares them. You will not have much time to view them from the outside either, because you're being compelled toward some smaller shuttles nestled between the two massive ships. Board at your own pace, but once a few people do the shuttle closes, lifts off, and takes all passengers to their assigned ship.
Still the music plays, though it is quieter on the ship, barely there. Like a half remembered dream. Though as long as it plays He Rows will feel the need to be on these ships, to explore them, to come to know their second home. Perhaps you will go and find your room, or select a lab or workshop and start making plans about how to renovate it to your needs. Maybe instead you'll relax in the forest or on the beach or delving into the Belly of the ship to understand all of the ways this thing works. Who knows, maybe you'll even be the one to figure out which of the mini-datapoints on the ships are which. Plus, after the first day, you'll be able to use the shuttles in the ships' hangar bays to visit the other ship and the residents over there.
Those who make it to the cockpit, either alone or with the help of those with access rights, will find a hand painted sign in green on the pilot's display.
Soon
He Rows will be unable to resist the pull of the ships for a little bit, meaning they will be living here from December 4th through December 11th. After that point the music will fade and He Rows will have their chance to leave the ships.
Though... with all of the heavy snow that has fallen in the meantime, are you sure you really want to head back out? Or perhaps you do just so you can bring supplies to the ships to make them more comfortable to pass the winter in.

Questions?
Praise for Voot
various ship questions
2. In the Belly, there's a storage area, which I'm sure is ambiguous for necessary hand waving reasons, but I need some more boundaries. Is there also food here? Can Tony raid it for anything he might need to build a fighter jet? Or did you just mean 'there is room here FOR supplies', so its empty?
3. Kind of a combination of the above two, does the Ship-Deep End come stocked, specifically with alcohol? Does it still need to be made? Does that mean it also has an agrii version of the locally made stills in it?
4. Say a couple of guys got bored and tried to break, for example, a window. At what point are you going to tell me I shouldn't have been allowed to do that?
thought of some more
6. Again, I understand the ambiguity, but I think I need more context for what kind of things to expect. Does the Diner JUST have these premade food dispensers, or is it also a fully working kitchen? Are the bathrooms in the individual rooms like full, have a tub and a bidet like bathrooms, or like a shower on top of a toilet in a submarine? When you say there are 'workshops and labs', is there anything there that actually indicates this, or is this just a bunch of weird empty rooms?

Re: Questions?
How does this work on land versus in space? Can Bob just walk up to ship 2 while it's in the hangar/on a planet? If it's in space and Bob grabs a shuttle, does Alice on ship 2 have to allow the shuttle to dock or are the shuttles automatically allowed to land on the ship? Is there any mechanic for recalling the shuttles to their home ships or are they interchangeable?
Let me know if these questions are better placed on the Ships page for future knowledge and I'll port the comment over there :>

2. Tony will have to put his own skeletons into these newly purchased closests, unfortunately. And no, the ships themselves also can't be salvaged to turn them into something else. Trust us when we say you want them in perfect working order... SOON.
3. No alcohol, sorry. But there are copies of the stills. Unfortunately the Agrii don't fully understand what these are meant to do, so they may require some adjustments to do what they are meant to do.
4. No boredom will ever be powerful enough to break these windows. In fact, any attempts to break the ship will result in the person being flung away as if they have just thrown themselves agaisnt a bouncy castle.
5. Yeaaaaaah....... Let's put those somewhere in the storage area. Storage area now has laundry area as well. Enjoy.
6. The kitchen works and is equipped with everything you can find at the diner. Minus food that doesn't come from the dispensers. Consider stocking these friends up as a way to avoid boredom. Bathrooms will have a toilet, shower and sink. Feel free to modify. The workshops and labs are somewhat just *weird empty rooms*, but the work stations/counters give a good idea what these are meant to be. The Agrii have watched you people work at these places and tried their best to provide you with these types of enrichment. Yes, there may be furnaces in some of these just seemingly more of the decorative type. They do produce light and heat, however. And while they will not burn you when you put touch them with your bare hands, He-Rows may soon learn that there is more powerful alien technology at work that will heat up and melt metal like an actual furnace would.

Due to their size the ships are not meant to actually land on any planet that isn't Agra 10. That's why each ship has multiple shuttles. These shuttles are free to land on both ships when not on Agra 10, but non-crew He-Rows still require an actual crew member to allow them passage from the hangar into the rest of the ship.
Yes, the shuttles have a recal mechanic.

Do the Greenhouses have anything growing in them yet? Asking because the Agrii ships do, so they might reasonably have put stuff here.

There are now two more replicators, so does that mean if Tony goes to the one in the whale comb sent her, then the one in the peanut party, then the one in the glitter food, he could get fifteen things in a month?

probably more questions later, but for now-
2. Can these ships be teleported in? Can they be teleported between?
no subject
2. You can teleport within the confine of your ships, yes, but caution is needed while in space. It would be very bad if you accidentally teleported out of it and into vacuum or meant for one place but ended up in another because of the motion of the ship. As for between them, Billy can teleport from the ship he isn't assigned to and back to his assigned ship, but not the other way around. If he attempts to, he'll just feel the magic fizzle out.

Specifically the Crew page on the communication devices. This is how characters have been able to check before and it has been updated with the new ships and assignments.

Thanks. I'm terrible at remembering these things....
