Yeah. Sorry about the thing I said about us not going home. If it gets to that point, and if it turns out it's not as easy as everybody being dropped back where they belong - I'll fight like hell to get all you guys there.

I mean, admittedly it wasn't an option I hadn't considered? It was just one I didn't want to entertain. This isn't how I wanted to explore space. It was supposed to be with my brothers, if there ever was that chance, and preferably on a much cooler planet where we weren't expected to fix someone else's mess.

...thanks though. I appreciate the sentiment. I mean to get everyone home too. I thought I could figure things out and we'd all be home by now but I guess things aren't as simple as that.

Do you think "help the aliens" is a viable plan?

It's the only one we've got. They're the ones with the only known means to get us here, which means the reverse should be possible. I think...they're trying their best to help us. They really aren't world-wise, they keep to themselves way too much. And sure, it's their fault we're in this situation to begin with but if they're taking cues from a twisted reality show and someone took advantage of that naivete then they're not the ones to be mad at.

The story I got was that it's probably not their fault at all, and they don't know how to control the tech any more than we do.

I just want a job and a goal. All the uncertainties and confusion are bull.

Yeah, well unfortunately all we get loaded with is uncertainties and confusion first thing.

...but I don't think it's any of their fault, and even if it were, it would have likely been accidental.

Rebuilding a planet sounds pretty cool. If there's nobody to fight, I'd like to do that.

I guess. It'd definitely be a suitable distraction.

And it's probably pretty tech-y, yeah? The Agrii need infrastructure.

That's not all they need but it's feasible, anyway. Probably not the best coping mechanism but I feel like if I don't keep myself busy with something at all times then I'm going to crack.

I get that. What does cracking mean for you?

...I don't know. Like...maybe a mental BSoD? I'm scared I'll reach a point where I just won't be able to operate because I won't know what I'm supposed to do.

I guess... we'd better make sure you always have a purpose, then.
