I am winging it, but I have made a small form for you to fill out in case that helps you. If you don't think there's enough information here, or I've left out something important, let me know and we will build it better in the future.

Typical activities: Often on or around the ship/hangar. Has a morning run (where you at fellow military people?), goes to get food from the cafe, and/or bar. Also feel free to see the droids running around getting shit done.

Character themes: Lots of teasing. Mentions of war. Droids. Poe basically has two modes, light/teasing, or serious/angry. Would like to see more of that hot headed side of him. He needs a rival.

Ongoing: Poe has made a few light friendships, though has tried to avoid making too deep of a connection. He is still holding on to the notion that he won't be here long.
Future: I would like him to finally start to settle into the fact that he may be here a while and make real connections. I want him to work towards making a life here, a life he never really thought he'd get to have, and deal with the baggage that comes with that.

Character themes: Depression wrapped in a rainbow of magic, quips and smiles? Generally should be pretty safe, and a good go to if you are in need of something via magic, but there is the potential for some pretty serious topics when you thread with him- depression, suicide, weird magic fuckery...

Ongoing: Billy has a pretty good life going here. He has family and friends, and has found purpose in working in the hospital.
Future: Clearly he's too happy, I want some drama injected into his life to shake things up, he's gotten too happy to be here.

Current residence: You know the place that used to be a library and now has two books? He basically lives in the basement.

Typical activities:

He spends A LOT of time in said library or its basement, but basically can be encountered everywhere. Still checks on the hospital, may show up at Cayde's bar or near/on the way to Tony's forge. For reasons. Sometimes sneaks around the buildings in the North-Western part of the city or makes use of the Amphitheater for his recordings because acoustics. Typical activities for Jon are observing stuff. And recording stuff. Basically gathering information of all sorts because he's ridiculously curious.

Character themes:

Horror. Jon's canon is a horror podcast and therefore all sorts of disturbing themes may easily pop up with him. Expect mentions of body horror, EYE stuff, kidnappings, attempted murder, traumas, monsters of varying levels of upset, and... Fear. Lots of fear. He's basically a fear-munching monster by now. So... That.

Ongoing:

No one really knows how THAT happened, but there is this relationship he has with Tony. They're adorable and it makes Jon happy despite those messy detours they took to get there. Said detours left Jon upset with Reeve, but everyone else he has met or spoken to he is friendly towards. He has also recently been adopted by a mothcat that now frequents the library.

Future:

He needs to get out and explore more. He may not be great for adventuring trips, but he's unhealthily curious due to what he is. Also it's just fun to throw him at things he has no idea how to deal with.

He has decided to pretend not to know any of the Avengers or about the events of New York. Basically, he will be pretending to either be a different Loki, or from a time way before that.

Future:

In the near future he will be making a network post to properly introduce himself and propose a project to his audience.

Typical activities: Hard to pin down. She'll definitely be where ever the food is at, though she'll generally try to avoid the whole small talk thing. She spends a lot of her time scavenging, and climbing, sure to drop down from out of no where and scare the crap out of you.

Character themes: Even if she likes you she won't be especially nice. It's a defense mechanism. You can't hurt her if she hurts you first. Besides that her moral compass is a little off. She doesn't say sorry, and she won't admit she's wrong, but if you play along she's happy to get into mischief.

Ongoing: She's made a few friends, not that she care or likes them or anything.
Future: Her insecurities will probably get the better of her soon, and she'll lash out. And there was a time she wanted to claim this place for the Horde....

OOC Yays!: This isn't really what I would call a Yay, but I am like functionally unable to write in anything other than past tense prose, and I see you all awkwardly putting up with me. It's not that I won't do any other style, I'm just stupid, so that is what you're going to see from me unless you ask otherwise. Current residence: The Forge (Orange 24). It's a big oven with a hammock in it.
Typical activities: He's a bit of a hermit and has lots of stuff to be making at the Forge, so he might be hard to track down, he's not like...chilling. But! He has a bunch of what you could call cameras installed/he is installing around the city, and is mostly committed to rebuilding efforts like working with Reeve at his office or the Power Plant, so he might be found in a sewer or looking in your window like a creep. :)

Character themes: Addiction/control and isolation/abysmal self-worth are going to come up and he is going to be constantly dramatic and depressed. Building things/solving puzzles/the future are good distractions and his happy place. He will just start giving you stuff if you are nice enough to pay attention to him for 0.5 seconds. a t t e n t i o n.

Ongoing: Tony has many sons, and is in love with everyone he has ever met, so I think there's fairly likely to be some crossover with anyone's social networks! He's close to finally finishing an Iron Man, so that's going to be a big thing for him, if you want to experience the nonsense early tests. He's enjoying a period of not-completely-fucked-up with Jon, so might be found in proximity to him if you can't find any other ways to connect with Tony. This could change rapidly.
Future: I know the #squad has some adventuring plans, and that's the most fun! I would like to explore new areas, discover new technologies, and upset Tony with new animal or magic discoveries. He won't like it, and I like it when he suffers. The only immediate plan is to check out the Blinking Light with Cayde and Jon, no idea what's going to go down there yet. He has forty things to build with Cal, so he might actually be wherever it is that Cal lives for a while. This is a super specific thing that is not directly relevant, but I've delineated in my own head and told no one else this??, that Cal is the one that Fixes broken things you find, whereas Tony will make wholly new things. So if you want something Fixed, I will likely turn you away, so Cal can have that CR.

CR You Want: All of it! One thing Tony doesn't have right now is an outlet to be a sassy bitch, in that he kind of just likes everybody he knows (even if they don't like him very much). So someone he actively doesn't get along with would be great, whether that's literally just someone who rubs him the wrong way and he's sassy to because they're forced to interact, to someone that will actively throw down with him. Alternately, someone to be a sassy bitch WITH. He doesn't have a Jan-friend yet.
Some specific call outs:
Jon: Tony's control issues are most potent in a relationship. There's too many ways to take that for me to want to outline, so that's all you get. Really character specific, though: what control Jon has over the monster stuff, how much agency he actually has, and how he actually exerts control over others are all...thematically interesting. ALSO, their complete mismatch in their sexual identities (??? you know what I mean) is FASCINATING to me, and Tony's is very unhealthy so help him. Tony might just need an outside party to actually be able to talk about any of this with, but he doesn't have anyone he trusts like that yet, someone come chill him out.
Cayde: Is kind of Tony's Rhodey right now, and I would like them to push each other to be even MORE MANIC, and actually get into trouble-trouble. Not like, oops, whistles innocently and it never comes up again, but like piss off the wrong person while trying one of their schemes. This could be because they actually do something too stupid, or their good intentions just landed in the wrong lap, I guess it depends on how much of the blame for this problem either party wants to take.
Reeve: Tony will continue to make romantic gestures to him, because Tony doesn't know how to behave otherwise, but this relationship should CLEARLY be like 'wait, they're not actually brothers?' fraternal. Reeve has such strong responsible, tired older sibling energy, to Tony's attention seeking baby brother. I don't know how to elaborate.
The youngins, in general: I've had this thing in my head that's like a little spy agent team, where Tony is the-guy-in-the-chair and the kids all go out and get into trouble and unearth secrets. Someone do the rest of the work for me. Does anyone get what I'm trying to say?
I am getting tired, but I probably have specific things for everyone else, too. Reply bitch.

Character themes: Mainly, he's trying to get used to being the only clone in existence right now. No clone bros, no one else shares his face, and he's a product of his time, here one instance and gone the next. Disposable military fodder, etc.

And uuuh. Well. Speaking of product, Echo has been briefly informed about what happens in the future in his timeline (coughorder66coughcough thanks guys), so that's basically one of many thoughts he now has stuffed in the back of his mind. There's still a lot of pieces that don't fit together, but he'll worry about it whenever it decides to pop up again.

All that stuff about individuality and being a copy of a person, that all gets complicated.

Ongoing: Echo is...here. No actual purpose until he actively helps out with things but we'll get to that.

Future: Eventually Echo needs to pick up a datapoint and I gotta review how that works out. He also just needs to build on his current connections and meet other people, gosh. Also gotta apologize to Cal because that storm was awful.

Current residence: The ruined clocktower (Blue-18) But who knows where he keeps his stuff. Some of it's stashed in a ventilation shaft aboard the Agrii ship, just sayin'.
Typical activities: If he's not poking around random buildings or stocking up/scavenging things for his bar, he'll be at the bar itself, at least until people start getting used to just coming in and making use of the place. Then he'll be back to wandering around, maybe duck outside of the city for some hunting. Patrolling. It's what he do. City's quiet enough and things don't seem to wander in, but the bug problem was proof things aren't as safe as they could be.

Character themes: I...don't know? Robots with guns? Death and revival? SPACE WESTERN?! Destiny's an FPS so guns, shooting and violence are a given. Exo creation has only recently revealed to be super questionable but thankfully Cayde don't remember or don't know all that stuff!

Ongoing: I don't know, he does his own thing. Seriously though, with his bar being open recently he's been spending more time there than his clocktower (he's not too crazy about being reminded of why there's so many bullets lodged in the walls just yet) because he's trying to gain a semblance of community. It's a big city for a handful of people, and he's gotten used to being around people all the time, back home, when he's not out doing scouting or something. He's been getting to know some people better and losing some new friends in the past month have made him worried about others just vanishing without a warning. Not that he's going to admit that. He has his Ghost back, so if he ever gets himself killed at least Sundance can bring him back. That'll be a great party trick.

Future: ADVENTURES AHEAD! Cayde's going to tag along with two of his favorite people and get into trouble, because that's what the 'tr' in 'trio' is for, right? He's just up for poking his non-existent nose in things in general, and there are a lot of mysterious mysteries left in them thar ruins. Once the ships are patched up and functional, he'll be making a trip up to the Agrii ship to pick up his rock-eating bird that he and Tony wrangled on the Graq planet. Still need a name for that chick. I do believe he and Tony also have some technical project on the back burner to hopefully make people's lives easier provided it doesn't turn people inside out or bring only pieces of a thing from one place to another.

Typical activities: Teddy can typically be found wandering around town. He hasn't settled into a real routine. He'll definitely be hanging around Cayde's bar often now that it's open. He can be found sometimes taking to the skies and flying around above head. He'll also be around to do tasks and chores for anyone needing some extra hands. Possibly helping Tommy with the diner? Alternatively, he'll be wherever you can find Billy and Tommy.

Character themes: Talk of alien lineage? Shapeshifting. Now that Lauri-Ell is here the fact that Teddy will be/is an Emperor might come up. I would kind of like to explore the doubts and fears Teddy has about his approaching future.

Ongoing: Teddy is in a period of chill right now. He doesn't really have anything going on. He's made some new connections since the trip to save the Agrii and I want to develop those relationships out a bit more.
Future: I definitely want to do more exploring with Teddy. He's a strong fighter and well suited to help discover/fend off any new creatures that are found during travel. He's also curious about the planet and would want to help find any food/resources that could make life better or easier for those in the city. I want him to find some kind of purpose.

Current residence: Wanda splits her time between the residence she shared with Vision and the Twin Roses.
Typical activities: Out and around. Wanda's been taught some agriculture things and helps around the greenhouse. She's not shy about using her powers (y'know, when she can) so it's not unusual to see her floating things around.

Wanda is also often seen with Thistle, a young fairy dragon who came with her from Naviadna.

Character themes: Magical shenanigans, loss, superhero-ing, stress cooking

Ongoing: Wanda's not doing too great after a month of feeling pretty useless without her powers. She's really feeling that overall loss of control and could be talked into tagging along on shenanigans just so she can attempt to reassert some sense of control over her life.
Future: I need to know what is in the 'we are complaining' building. Also someone plz teach Wanda what to actually do with those knives she picked up so she doesn't accidentally smack Cayde in the face again thx

The House of M thing is VERY AWKWARD for Tony, not because he wants to like...talk to her about it, that's fine, but Disassembled happened very recently for him so he's just going to be intensely enthusiastic about seeing her for reasons she will never know. It's weird for both of them.

Could they share some control issues, y/y? This makes them Not Get Along in comics because she's supposed to be the boss and Tony is a little bitch boy about it, but maybe they can bond over it instead where no one is in charge. Let's go get into trouble together! Maybe they can go see what happened to Sansa's house together and find all of the glownies have evolved into one giant superglownie that they have to defeat. Bonding.

Expertise/Ship: Absolutely no datapoint, will not accept a datapoint, and you can't make him; he's had quite enough of nonconsensual messing with his brain, thank you very much. To that point: he does still have the Atroma implant with the Security specialty, which can potentially mean some proficiency with Atroma technology/weapons. And there's the whole matter of the Winter Soldier programming. He's assigned to the Twin Roses though I personally am fine with him being shunted to wherever is needed. He's familiar with the Starduck, as it was his ship in the Drift Fleet.
Current residence: He's not telling you. No but really, I honestly have put like, zero thought into this and I have no idea. Wherever he is, it's likely to be by himself and someplace very defensible. Eventually I'll figure this out, no really, I will. That being said if you want to try to convince him to be your roommate, well, it could be an amusing conversation.
Typical activities: Hahaha talk about antisocial; he's quite capable of surviving on his own wits (or so he thinks, dun dun dun!). That being said, while he prefers to live apart and will tell people he's a loner, once he's established some baseline of trust with another person, he's more willing to share space and/or activities. This man works out constantly (think running, bodyweight exercises, using the environment as a weight room) and is willing to work with people to teach or hone combat skills. He's also absolutely sturdy and fast healing, so if your character needs a punching bag who can hit back, well, here you go.

Character themes: The Winter Soldier programming is still very much built into his brain and he can be triggered back into that mindset/skillset. I am hoping to one day explore this but it's going to have to wait for when I have more time to dedicate to the game and not schoolwork. That being said, there are obviously dark themes here even if he doesn't vocally talk about them; I am more than happy to steer away from anything that makes anyone uncomfortable. This is a man who doesn't really know how to be a person; he's been a weapon for so long and holds the belief that he was brought first to the Drift Fleet and later to here because of his combat skills and thus far hasn't seen much that leads him to believe otherwise.

Ongoing: Right now is literally kind of nebulous. He's most definitely not thrilled with the Agrii for their little rescue mission and will be rather vocal about the fact. I wasn't able to get involved in the storm at all because my life work/school just blew up but if you want to handwave from that, I am more than willing. Because of the aforementioned work/school I also haven't been keeping up with the community, but after final exams am planning to at least skim through to see what I missed.
Future: I am 1000% invested in the "learning how to people" kind of development, which has been slow (in a very good way!). He's had challenges and setbacks in the whole identity thing since his time in Drift Fleet and to be honest, I am living for it because it's felt very organic to me. I definitely welcome people who can encourage him to either side of the line, so to speak.

CR You Want: Hilarious misunderstanding hijinks!!! And facetwin misunderstandings, go for it. Is your character mechanically inclined? Because buddy boy is gonna be needing repairs sooner or later and you know you wanna get all up in this roboarm. Aside from that I welcome literally everything: people to encourage him to be a person and not a weapon, people to encourage him to be a weapon and not a person, people looking for an assassin, people looking for not-an-assassin-but-it's-good-to-know-one, people who just want to take advantage of a shiny surface because what even are mirrors, people who need some pick-things-up-and-put-them-down heavy muscle, I will take it all.
CR You Don't Want: No mutual romantic relationships/feelings, please. As in: please flirt and tease to your heart's content (yes, even Tony) or have your character experience a crush. I do enjoy it and will play the doesn't-feel-the-same end of things, but realize that the character himself is not in a place to consider anything romantic as something that's even on his radar and that it's not meant as a slight against you or your character. Could this change in the future? Absolutely. But we're not there yet.

Character themes: Getting in deeper with Tommy means him admitting to some neglect he lived with, and implied abuse from his parents. Otherwise it's about his concern over control of himself and his powers, and feelings of inadequacy. He's getting a bit more into learning now, and might hover around people to try and get their attention and learn from them.

Ongoing: Tommy's mostly just chilling out and trying to feed people.
Future: Tommy wants an excuse to explore more. He already found a nice vacation place on an island in the bay, and he wants to start restoring that too.

Her hair, eyes, and lips (apparently, according to comic art as of the last few years) are naturally green, yes. Her canon history has themes of war/genocides/anti-mutant fuckery and shenanigans/experimentations/mind control.

Ongoing: A few small connections, mostly keeping an eye out for her fam here, not being too much of a disaster yet.
