Tommy's smaller than Sam, but shows no problem with picking him up. Sam feels like a damn idiot, but at least the kid's moving fast enough that most people around will only see a blur, right?

And he's annoyingly grateful for the princess carry - when he goes fast, he's usually either under his own power or he's in a jet seat, with a padded headrest, and he wouldn't've been able to anticipate which way Tommy was going to move. His head being against Tommy's shoulder means no whiplash.

He wobbles a little, and makes a goodnatured face at Tommy. "All good. See? No puking."
