[Storm] The Night the Moon SCREAMED
The ren fair has long disappeared, leaving only piles of glitter behind all over Temba. Glitter that keeps being carried by soft gusts of wind or due to feet stepping through it.But aside from the glitter, it has been quiet. Too quiet, perhaps?
Rest assured that the quiet times are over. Something is stirring in the air and it isn’t the wind. There is, in fact, no wind at all.
When the Energy Storm hits, it takes the energy out of the wind first and a heavy fog will settle over Temba. Animals will scurry to leave the city. Will you follow their example and hop onto the next train to Sh’Ka or think nothing about it? Make your choice, but even as you consider your options, you will become aware that in this oppressive stillness that has dropped down so heavily on Temba that it deafens your very senses, it has also taken away your powers.
That’s when the thunder begins its low rumble, with lightning soon to follow.
As you come to terms with that discovery, you may notice someone walking down the road not far from you. A loved one from home, perhaps. A friend that has been in Temba but has left. Someone you know should take notice of you, yet doesn’t. Should you follow them, then these apparitions will, without fail, always try to lure you into the fog and to a dangerous place. Maybe they walk right into the deep lake at the floodplains and the creatures lurking in its depths. Or they try to take you deep into the woods, where dangerous animals are waiting for their prey. Maybe they take you up a ruined building and lead you across dilapidated floors as if daring you to fall. Wherever they try to lead you, it’s never a place that isn’t dangerous by any means.
But these apparitions aren’t the only ones you may take note of. There are other specters as well, and these ones you may recognize from the projections you have seen on the Agrii’s ren fair. Though this time they aren’t motionless. They move and are, in fact, coming straight for you. The noises they make aren’t human but more a clattering whistle they produce as they try to barrel into your form.
Not that this would cause you any physical harm, don’t worry. It’s not necessary for them to throw themselves at you like this. A single touch would be enough and either contact will result in the specter to dissolve on the spot while you get to relieve a terrible memory of yours in vivid detail. Unfortunately, those around you won’t witness the memory alongside you. But they will see your part of it played out by yourself while you remain unaware of their presence, stuck in whichever memory you have to relive.
And once night settles over Temba, the fog will clear up for you to notice the moon looking down on you, larger than it has any right to be and you are certain that there shouldn’t be a full moon this time around. And yet for the duration of the storm, there will be a full moon every night. And not only that, but this moon will also scream.
Not constantly, lucky you. But once per hour, the moon’s howling scream will shake up the city when thunder and lightning are less present. And if you don’t cover your ears, your powers that have been taken from you will go wild for a short while.

What’s happening?
A storm. More precisely: An energy storm sent to Temba to mess with its inhabitants. You have heard about these, right?
So my powers are gone?
Yepp. They will be back to normal once the storm is over. The storm also affects any electronic devices and takes the network offline as well.

Am I safe in Sh’Ka?
Indeed. Sh’Ka is your safe zone for this storm. Once the last train reaches Sh’Ka, it won’t return to Temba until the storm is over, the same goes for any ships that were on their way to either city.
Can characters in Sh’Ka see the moon?
Yes. They can see the same moon.
Will the scream affect characters in Sh’Ka?
No. This is meant to be your opt-out location.
How long will the strom last?
The Storm will last from Friday, 11th of March until Sunday, 20th of March.

If you were a Ditto, you'd likely randomly transform into other pokemon without planning to do so and use whichever attacks this pokemon knows unintentionally.

Maybe this time he will be the twin that gets hurt in the storm?
He will try to play medic and hero even without his powers.
EDIT: During Moon scream there will be lightning, objects magically appearing, random bouts of flight and perhaps FALLS that he needs to be rescued from.
Catra
Should be free of Prime by this point, so very traumatized, and likely to get more traumatized. She will NOT want to admit she needs help, so those closest to her might need to tackle her, or smack some sense into her.
Also she needs new clothes!

I think this is his first storm?
He will try to look out for Peter to help prove he's totally a trust worthy guy, and may look for opportunities to take Stark out.
Bucky
This is his first storm. He will NOT enjoy it. Would like to use this as a chance for people to see him at a vulnerable place. And/or an opportunity for him to make some new friends, maybe some odd couple pairings?
EDIT: During moon scream, his strength will come and go, could lead to dangerous situations.

Will be somewhat annoyed at losing his powers, but at the same time oddly intrigued? He hasn't been human for a bit now after all. He will enjoy having his head to himself until suddenly EYES ALL OVER THE SHOP!
He might accidentally tear small holes into reality a few times.

Has not been around for the last storm. But with all the glitter still around his powers acting up sounds fun.
He is also VERY LIKELY to let himself be lured into danger. So... Please help this old man?

I intend to play with the apparitions at least once so if someone wants to help her out of sticky situations that would be good, then she will help others thereafter. I would also be open to people being around for her reliving trauma by getting attacked by one of the projection dudes. I'm thinking Snoke torture scene, possibly parents getting killed, when palps nearly killed her and ben... she's got a lot of trauma so I'll have options.
and her powers going haywire will only happen a few times before she figures out she needs cover her ears and she'll be passing that along. Before that, her powers going haywire will probably look like shit floating and electricity coming out of her fingers bc that's a thing she can do but not control anyway, and her ability to "see" the past of things might be out of control also it'll be a bad time. A Jedi should never not have control over their abilities.

He's going to be in Temba and really upset about his lost powers. When moon screams he's going to end up stuck to whatever he's touching. If he's sitting? He can't get off the chair. Relaxing in bed? The sheets are now stuck to him.
He'll also break so many things because he can't control his strength. He's very sorry about that broken things. He regrets mouthing on to Tony so much.
He also may or may not end up seeing an apparition of Ben and try to follow it because of course he would.

Gladio - In Temba (TL and Tag Outs?)
-He will be getting a top level. Probably tonight. May even already be up.
-Will be chasing an apparitions at first because he doesn't know any better. These will include: sister Iris, father Clarus, friends Ignis and Prompto. People could choose any of these in the open portion
-Not really able to be affected by the scream, but he's going to hate it. Might be fun to tag him out reacting to other people dealing with it.
Lauri - In Temba (Tag Outs only)
-Good for joint following of apparitions
-Good for trying to save people? Haul them inside at least
-Might get injured in someone's thread if they wish this.
Tommy - Could Go Either Way?
So, Tommy's been through every storm, and he tends to get fucked up in these
-Either he could stay in Temba and his powers could go haywire (TL for Tommy), this yields either
-helps people escape to the trains when storm is approaching (could be an additional TL with the above)
OR
-Chickens out, goes to Sh'Ka. In this he probably is more tagging out there or just not around much. Could also, if people wanted, tag out as 'getting them out of the city' or have a TL for rescues to get people on the train with him. Fear of the moon might not be bad too.
Reeve - Sh'Ka (would be a TL)
-Going to Sh'Ka. I would LIKE to have him get in trouble with a local animal, perhaps an OhNoh or even a Tortoth attacking Mini. Having someone who might want to be in Sh'Ka and help save him and/or Mini would be WONDERFUL.
-Could also do a project to put together some sort of shelter near the train station. But for this he might need help reducing the bloodvine patches to build a shelter
Lark - Sh'Ka, (Possible TL, probable tag outs if people have TLs)
-Lark will be coincidentally be in Sh'Ka to gather dyes for wool and threads
-Will mostly be around the green house there (and will likely sleep there too)
-Would happily talk to people about how the space reminds her of her Rosie.

ACTUALLY, so there's this island out off of the beach that TOmmy goes to sometimes, has these ruins of what was clearly once an Agrii vacation center/resort like place. What if tommy accidentally runs them there and they're stuck on the island until the next hour?
