Recognizes him how? I mean, he never was really a thing in DF, but recognizing him as related to Magneto or Quicksilver is cool.

Not him specifically but the version of him she met in Marina with her CRAU from there. (She has CRAU from Marina and Drift) She'd met him and Billy though it was a long time ago and not for very long especially with Tommy. Which I think they'd talked about in the Drift TDM thread. But she never expects anyone to be exactly like she remembers or anything. You never know with the multiverse! But she can keep it to herself if you'd rather.
